Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Assistant
Immediate Supervisor: Warehouse Manager
Main purpose of job:
Responsible for the data entry/order processing of all stock/orders, this
process involves processing receipts/inbounds, taking records of all orders.
Main duties/responsibilities
Customer/s order processing using organisational software system.
Manage Customer inventory by receipting inbounds and processing outbound.
Monitor customer databases and resolve performance issues i.e., incorrect locations,
incorrect carton counts etc.
Helping to assist drivers and clients that attend to the warehouse office.
Ensure compliance to are adhered to.
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
Dealing with routine correspondence using own initiative.
Performing related tasks.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Educational standards
Ideally to have completed secondary level.
Administration Certificate is an advantage but not a must. On the job training is provided.
Work Experience
Previous experience of administrative work and being in a Transport environment is highly
regarded.
Proficient In Excel Spreadsheets, Word Inventory software is highly regarded.
Special Aptitudes
Social skills to deal with clients.
Friendly and warmth nature.
Happy to be a part of a team.
Are inclusive to all staff and clients.
Personal Characteristics
High degree of attention to detail is a must.
Good organisational skills and Time management skills.

Must be able to work beyond normal hours when required (not often)
